Chef Andy’s Cumbrian Cheese Steak
- Freshly baked Baguette
- Cranstons Minute Steak
- White Onions & Green Peppers
- Smoked Applewood Cheddar
- Fries to serve
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan oven/gas mark 6.
Pop the fries in the oven and follow packet instructions
Fry the onions and peppers in a little olive oil
Flash fry the minute steak, leave to rest for 2 mins while toasting the baguette – a Bryson’s Onion one works well
Load up the baguette: Cheese, Green Peppers, Minute Steak
Serve your fries and enjoy!
