Honey + Mustard Sticky Sausage Sandwiches

Ingredients (serves 4)
Cooked Cumberland sausage (360g sliced)
Sourdough baguettes
Wild & fruitful hot honey (2 tbsp)
Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp)
Ketchup (200g)
Wholegrain mustard (2 tbsp)
Rocket (300g)
Mayonnaise (100g)
Lemon (1x juiced)
Garlic (2 cloves finely chopped)
Olive oil (1 tsp)
Cooking instructions
1) Start by preheating your oven to 200c & prepping up your sauces ahead of time. To one bowl add ketchup, hot honey, worcestershire sauce & wholegrain mustard to make your sticky sauce. Thouroughly mix together. In a second bowl combine the mayo, lemon & garlic.
2) To a hot frying pan, fry off your sliced sausages until a golden brown colour.
3) Reduce the frying pan heat, then add your sticky sauce & mix well.
4) While your sausage mix is getting up to heat, add your baguettes to the oven for 4 mins to warm through.
5) Take your baguettes out of the oven. To assemble your sandwich, slice baguettes in ½ lengthways, add a base of rocket leaf, then your sticky sausage mix, a drizzle of mayo then your bread lid.
