Supporting Hospice at Home Carlisle + North Lakeland

Our ever popular Christmas Shopping Evenings may be cancelled this year, but this will not stop us from raising much needed funds for Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland.

This year you can help us while you stock up on the much needed essential Christmas staples: Pigs in Blankets and Christmas Puddings!

For every sale of each line, we will donate 50p to Hospice at Home – we figured as these are everyone’s favourites, we’d get a considerable sum to donate from these!

The pigs in blankets are made from pork, sourced close to our HQ in Penrith, and the puds are made by Classic Desserts at Dacre to a traditional recipe.

We have a long-term partnership with the charity and we couldn’t see them go without the funds we’d usually raise at this time of year. In the current climate, where fundraising is harder as events are unable to happen, this type of fundraising is vital so charities can continue their work for the vulnerable.

You can find the pigs in blankets and Christmas puddings at our four food halls: Cumbrian Food Hall, Brampton, Orton Grange, Carlisle, and our two traditional shops in Penrith and Hexham town centres.
