Dalemain, a historic mansion near lake Ullswater has become world famous for it’s annual Marmalade Awards. Jane Hasell-McCosh custodian of Dalemain along with her husband Robert established the awards and knows a thing or two about good marmalade. This marmalade is produced at Dalemain to her childhood recipe, it’s a a traditional  thick cut marmalade with an abundance of peel giving it a fantastic fullness.
